I am so happy to have found this place in Rapid City! I was able to make my own pizza, for a GREAT price, that included actual veggies and meat I would use at home. This is why I usually never eat pizza at restaurants unless it's plain old cheese. The quick "blaze" cooking style got my pizza out in no time, and I was tearing through slice after slice before I knew it. On top of that, their spicy sauce is the perfect amount of spicy! A little after-burn, but not so hot that I can't eat it. Thank you for a GREAT pizza! I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!

Blaze is a great option if you want a quickly made, quality customizable pizza. It reminded me of Chipotle--a line forms down one wall, and then you let the Blaze employee know what kind of pizza you want, and he/she goes through and puts on the toppings you'd like and then sends it through the oven. I liked two things about Blaze--the way you could construct your own pizza with a plethora of options and/or customize one of their standards any way you'd like. If you want to add bacon or peppers or another topping, if you want the pizza to be half this and half that, they do it for you with no hassle. I got the barbecue chicken pizza, and my two friends with me ordered their own customized pizzas. The pizza really does take only 3 minutes (as they market it, 180 seconds). It's a thin-crust pizza--if you like that kind of thing, great. If you like thicker crust, you won't find it here. They don't have many options beyond pizza, so if you're hungry for something else, this might not be the place either. If you want a good-quality pizza made the way you want in a short amount of time, Blaze is a great option.

Pizza with. Twist. You choose your sauces, you choose as many toppings as you want ( no extra charge) and it's ready in just minutes. Definitely not traditionall but great and very reasonable. Less than 10 bucks gets you a pizza and drink. Excellent deal all way round. Clean place and you get to watch everything.

I had a terrible experience originally at blaze, but it was made up by the management of the corporation. I visited the blaze in old Orange town CA. There was a long line but the pizza was amazing!

So glad we found this place on yelp!! We were traveling through the area, super hungry, and we wanted pizza! This place was like Chipotle but for pizza! Loved the place, the decor, the place was clean and the people were friendly. Pizzas were ready so quickly and they were SO good!

This place is amazing! I love the light thin crust and ability to customize toppings! I had the red vine with added shredded mozzarella and mushrooms and it was flawless. I came at noon expecting a wait bc of the lunch hour on a Monday but my food was done really quickly! I travel the country for work and love pizza and this place is a winner for me

Completely refreshing and new change to the pizza industry. You pick your toppings, one by one down an assembly line and watch your pizza get built, exactly how you like it. If you have lost your creative edge for the day Blaze offers some great selections from an overhead menu that you can even customize to you preferred taste. The dining room is inviting and elegant. There is plenty of seating and the decor offers a kind of ambiance that returns pleasant conversations, happy memories, and builds new relationships. Pizzas are a personal size that don't over indulge or leave one feeling stuffed. The customer service is phenomenal. If your pizza was accidentally burned, they will happily remake it quickly. They put great care into making your pizza and it is evident in every bite. Blaze Pizza is a welcome addition to Rapid City.

Pretty good fast service pizza place. Thin crust, crispy, flavorful. Reminds me of chipotle for pizza.

A delightful custom made pizza experience. Great selection of toppings, speedy and friendly service. The size of the pizzas are almost bigger than they should be for the price and the crust is yummy. I've never heard of Blaze before and didn't know what to expect but I have nothing but rave reviews. You can also get a cold beer too, if that's what suits you. I will definitely be back next time I am in Rapid!

At Blaze, you can basically create your own pizza. The ingredients are fresh and the restaurant is clean. A very good pizzeria.

Pick your toppings. Had spicy sauce pepperoni, artichoke, basil, meatball, mushroom, sausage, garlic, garganzola and Parmesan cheese. Wow! Thin smoky crust. Saw one pizza by someone else need to be remade because of burnt crust, but staff proactively caught it and offered new to that customer. Great concept for pizza. Almost didn't go because of line, but was not too long of a wait and was well worth it. I checked and look forward to this chain hit my area, but will be back my next visit. Tried the smooth cookie thing too, which I didn't like. Graham cracker was dry, chocolate not of the best quality. Pass.

We ate here tonight and it was awesome. I has the green stripe pizza. It was fresh and something different than your traditional pizza you can get elsewhere. My husband had the meat lovers and my son has a pepperoni. They loved their pizzas as well. I will definitely go to the one closest to me when our vacation is finished.

Thin crust pizza. You can't compare this joint to Domino's or Pizza Hut. It's a different atmosphere. Rapid City doesn't sell pizza by the slice so this is the next best thing. Tastes good and for $7.45 what would you expect

Five star based on quality vs price. There is better pizza in the world. Not in Rapid City though. Super thin crust. Fairly speedy service. They say 180 seconds. Probably not exactly true but close. Toppings better than most. Wide selection. Suggest sausage. Best reason is the sauce. Along with thin crust it makes for a very good pizza.

Sort of Neapolitan style pizza. I'll admit I'm spoiled by more authentic Neapolitan pizza places like Punch in MN or Vicci in Denver. Tasty ingredients, but sauces are spread on "see-through" thin, enough I couldn't even taste it on the White Top I ordered - it tasted more like just pizza bread with toppings. My friend felt the same way about her Art Lover, enough that we sort of joked they really do mean red sauce "dollops." Personally thought dough was too dry as well. Worth a try if you want a different style pizza. Glad to have more variety in Rapid, but I've had same-style pizza balanced much better before.

This is the fastest pizza place I have ever seen! The assembly line approach is neat and the kids I saw were fascinated watching " their pizza" get made. They also had some unique ingredients such as blue cheeze! The one down side is they can make them faster than people can eat so crowding might be a problem when they are busy. Do not call in as they make them so fast it might be done and cold by the time you get there. Check the timing first. They do say the bread is made 24 hours in advance, if not for that I bet the bread could be kosher for passover! It all does seem to get done in less than 18 minutes, the time allowed for matzah!

Blaze was perfect. The Service was awesome and fast... they were super busy but everything went smoothly... lots of awesome options for toppings... the menu is simple, only one size of pizza so it's so easy! The crust is really good.. the slices fold like they are supposed too but it's still got the right amount of crisp. I can't wait to come back here!

Amazing!! Love the flavor and the crust, and they are always pretty quick. And ordering online is great too. You put in your order and as soon as you check in with the cashier they put your pizza in the oven. So it is pipping hot when you get it.

Excellent service and the pizza was great. Very easy to order and I thought it was really good asking for it "well done".

Awesome flavor. Perfect very thin crust pizza without being cracker crust, so crispy and chewy. Pizza cooks in 180 seconds. Choose your toppings, no additional cost. You watch as your pizza is being assembled and can add ingredients on the fly. Very friendly and helpful staff. The manager Tink was really nice and asked if we were enjoying the pizza. Really nice addition to Rapid City.
